FAQ

How do I know if this is for me?

We have a 20-minute free call before you decide to have any chargable sessions with me. If you don’t feel I’m the right fit for you. You are under no obligation to continue with me. If we work together and you reach a point where you feel that you have achieved what you need and want to stop dependent on the kind of sessions or packages you have bought the Terms and agreement will cover this. If you are at the end of a package or subscription you have no obligation to renew.

Is there a referral discount if I want to refer you to others?

Yes, if you like our sessions so much that you feel others could benefit from having sessions, joining workshops, or other activities. There will be a referral discount on your next session. This will be stated further in the Terms and agreement.

How Long is a session?

A one-to-one session is 50 minutes. Please find a quiet space where you feel comfortable speaking freely and where there are limited chances of interruption. It’s important that you are able to be relax and feel calm when we talk. It will help you get more out of the session.

What if I feel uncomfortable during a session or after?

When we work on changing our core beliefs and we start to get in touch with our innermost values it can uncover some deeper routed feelings and memories as they are released it can make you feel very emotional in the session and after it can make you feel emotional, drained, and in a low mood.  It takes a few days to clear and in most cases, the process will shift you in the direction you are seeking to acheive. If this isn’t the case get in touch and I will help you.

What if I can’t make a session?

The Terms and agreements that will be sent to you when you book your first session will clearly state what to do in such an event. If you can’t make a session please reschedule if it’s 24 hours in advance.

What if we uncover mental health issues?

If at any time during our sessions or other interactions, we uncover that you need more help. I will recommend you to seek help from your general practitioner or refer you to a clinical psychologist. I will also refer you to charities like the Samaritans if this is needed. Please if you are having problems of this kind talk to someone.
