Group sessions and Workshops

A workshop or group session can be an amazing space to begin or keep the momentum for a transformation. It’s a safe space to meet like-minded people on a personal journey just like you. These fall under different topics and in different locations. I run group sessions and workshops both solo and with other wonderful practitioners and our mission is for every participant to experience a mindset or emotional shift from any  of our events.

Hi, My name is Helle Justesen and I’m a psychologist. My mission is to help you create the life you dream about.

About Me

Who am I? That’s a great question. I’m a passionate neurodivergent with an unstoppable appetite for adventure and knowledge. Life is hard and beautiful when you are neuro-spicy, which means that I approach things with empathy, curiosity, and an open mind.

I’m Danish and I have lived in London UK for the past decade. I’m a published author and I have had a career in corporate both in Management and as a Management consultant. I’m aware of the challenges faced as a woman, middle-aged, and neurodivergent in these environments.

I’m devoted to equipping you with the tool box to ensure your on the path to the life you want to live. Life is not fair and when we get older the more invisable we tend to become. Opportunities will bypass us. In there lies an opportunity to get real about what a great life means to you. Set the path and get really focued on staying the course and not get distracted my the unfair biases life throws at us everyday. Let’s get started.

What Is Coaching and Mentoring?

Coaching is guiding you to find your path to reach your goals and Mentoring is guiding and advising you on how to achieve your goals. I use a hybrid of these in my practice dependent on what you feel comfortable with. I want to stress that this is not therapy. We will look into adjusting behavioral patterns and shifting core beliefs and mindset to help support your goals and dreams. 

Why chose a Coach or a Mentor?

If you find yourself feeling stuck, or your dreams never have come true, or feeling derailed or down the wrong path this could be the solution for you.

If you feel burnt out, stressed, and have a sense of not knowing what to do next, stuck in a situation where you have no agency.

What's The Process?

The process involves personalized coaching sessions tailored to your unique needs and goals.  We explore different tools and strategies to create meaningful solutions for you. Book a 20-minute free session for us to explore your needs and goals. After this session, if you want to proceed we will find the right approach from there.
